PRN LPN – Skilled Nursing

Job Type: PRN / As Needed
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Location: Donalsonville, Ga

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to conduct supervisory nursing visits every 60 days for a variety of clients receiving in-home care. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible, part-time, PRN nursing work with a focus on client safety, quality of care, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• 10-hour workdays Monday through Friday.

• Conduct supervisory visits with clients approximately every 60 days.

• Assess client needs and monitor the quality of care being provided.

• Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and the care team.

• Complete accurate nursing documentation and visit reports.

• Identify changes in client condition and communicate concerns appropriately.

• Promote safe, compassionate, and client-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, Active LPN License in the state of Georgia.

• At least one year of home health, home care, private duty, or supervisory nursing experience preferred.

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
