Production Team Lead

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Team Lead to join their team. As a Production Team Lead, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Team Lead Location: Fort Mill SC Pay Range: 22.50 per hour Shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 2:00 am What's the Job? Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, performance, and quality standards are met Coordinate and schedule production activities to support customer demand efficiently Direct, coach, and train team members to optimize productivity and maintain high safety standards Operate forklifts, power pallet jacks, and manual carts to move materials safely and efficiently Conduct first piece inspections and ensure finished products meet quality specifications What's Needed? Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, with knowledge of forklift operation and measurement reading Ability to read and interpret work instructions and specifications Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals, for measurement and quality checks Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and leadership Ability to work physically on the manufacturing floor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods What's in it for me?
