OEM is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Technician who takes pride in building high-quality equipment. This position is ideal for someone with strong soldering skills, experience assembling precision electromechanical systems, and a desire to provide high quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electromechanical equipment from engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Perform precision soldering of electronic components, connectors, and wiring assemblies.
• Build and route wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and electrical subassemblies.
• Assemble mechanical structures, enclosures, sensors, and precision components.
• Perform electrical continuity checks and basic functional testing using multimeters and test equipment.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet OEM quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
• Identify opportunities to improve assembly processes, tooling, and production efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of electromechanical or electronics assembly experience.
• Strong precision soldering skills.
• Experience assembling wiring harnesses and cable assemblies.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation.
• Experience using multimeters and basic electronic test equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable performing repetitive precision work throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
