Client Success Manager, Small Group Benefits

A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a Client Manager for their Small Group Employee Benefits team in Phoenix, AZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, managing renewal processes, and leading implementations for new coverage lines. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of industry experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
