All Florida Security Services is looking for a  Security Operations Coordinator to help lead the heartbeat of our security operation.

That means keeping officers supported, schedules covered, systems organized, standards elevated, leadership informed, and chaos under control when the unexpected happens.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

Every day is different, but responsibilities include:

• Recruit, onboard, and support security officers
• Manage scheduling, call-outs, time-off, and coverage
• Support Dispatch and Quality Control operations
• Monitor clock-ins, GPS activity, reports, incidents, and compliance
• Maintain employee licensing, credentials, uniforms, IDs, and operational records
• Train officers on post orders, procedures, software, and mobile apps
• Assist with workforce and timekeeping administration
• Coordinate new posts, field operations, equipment, and patrol vehicles
• Assist with officer performance, training, and operational follow-up
• Help respond to emergencies, special events, and unexpected issues
• Keep the Security Manager and leadership informed

TECHNOLOGY IS PART OF THE JOB

AFS operates through multiple technology platforms. You don’t need to know all of them when you arrive, but you must be comfortable learning and working between multiple systems.

Our platforms include:

Belfry | ClickUp | GoHighLevel (GHL) | ADP | Microsoft 365 | Google Workspace | iPhone & Android

You’ll also help officers use mobile technology for scheduling, GPS activity, reporting, incidents, and communications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years supervisory, operations, scheduling, dispatch, security, or comparable management experience
• Strong computer and technology skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Florida Class D Security License required or ability to obtain after hire
• Class G License preferred

HOURS & PAY

Full-Time | In Office | Port St. Lucie

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Occasional emergency/holiday availability as needed

$18.00–$20.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
