Position Title: Financial Advisor

The role of a Financial Advisor is critical in guiding clients through their financial journeys. This position requires a strong commitment to client service and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively. Financial Advisors will engage with clients regularly, providing education and support tailored to their unique financial needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and possess a proactive approach to client management. Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 / Year DOE

Financial Advisor Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 households for investment advisory and 300 households for insurance
• Field client calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses
• Conduct regular client meetings, including annual reviews and beneficiary changes
• Create educational video content for clients on various financial topics
• Guide clients through retirement processes and assist with required minimum distributions
• Perform portfolio rebalancing and review client accounts to ensure alignment with goals
• Optimize client servicing by holding proactive annual reviews

Financial Advisor Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services in a service advisor role
• Possession of Series 65 (or 66/63) license
• Knowledge of required minimum distributions, rebalancing, reallocations, and various life insurance products
• State life and health license is required
• Proficiency in technology and comfort with client presentations, including video
• Strong skills in Excel, including formulas
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience with Schwab is preferred
