Just smart people focused on doing great work. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll own paid media strategy across a portfolio of home service businesses while continuously improving campaign performance. Your Responsibilities Will Include Auditing new accounts to uncover tracking issues, wasted spend, and structural problems Building accurate conversion tracking using Enhanced Conversions, offline conversion imports, and server-side tracking where appropriate Creating first-party data strategies through CRM integrations, customer lists, and audience signals Managing and optimizing campaigns across: Google Search Performance Max AI Max Demand Gen YouTube Designing and evaluating paid media experiments on platforms like Meta, Reddit, Nextdoor, Angi, and Yelp Monitoring Cost per Qualified Lead, booked jobs, and revenue performance--not just platform metrics Maintaining keyword quality through ongoing search term reviews and negative keyword management Delivering clear, actionable reporting that explains what changed, why it mattered, and what's next What Success Looks Like Our scoreboard isn't clicks. What We’re Looking For Required 2-4 years managing paid media across multiple client accounts (agency experience preferred) Strong Google Ads expertise across Search, Performance Max, AI Max, Demand Gen, and related campaign types Experience implementing offline conversion imports and advanced conversion tracking Comfortable testing new advertising platforms and evaluating results objectively Daily user of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity and campaign performance Nice to Have Experience marketing home service businesses such as roofing, foundation repair, HVAC, plumbing, waterproofing, or similar trades Google Ads Certification Experience with call tracking platforms such as CallRail, WhatConverts, or similar tools What You’ll Receive Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$78,000 base salary Performance-based bonus tied to portfolio success and operational excellence Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage HDHP/HSA with employer contribution 401(k) with 4% employer match $2,000 annually for certifications, conferences, and professional development Fully remote position Unlimited Paid Time Off Quarterly in-person team meetups Clear, capability-based path to Director of Paid Advertising About Signature Media Signature Media is a performance-driven marketing agency specializing in the home services industry.
