Responsibilities include: Evaluate and treat adult neurological and oncology patients Develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based speech and swallowing therapy Educate patients and caregivers Collaborate with PTs, OTs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals Help expand neuro and oncology rehabilitation services within the clinic and community Graduate of a CAA-accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Maryland SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Minimum one year of outpatient neurological rehabilitation experience American Heart Association BLS certification Preferred LSVT LOUD® certification or willingness to obtain Head & Neck Cancer rehabilitation experience Interest in specialty program development Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills We invest in our clinicians' success both professionally and personally.
