AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team at Fort Hood. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, dependable, motivated, and comfortable talking with people .

No previous sales or automotive experience is required. We provide training and hands-on support to help you learn the role and succeed.

If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, military service, recruiting, call centers, events, or other people-focused jobs , your experience may transfer well to this position.

$45,000 – $54,600 per year

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will work directly with customers and help them understand their vehicle service options.

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner

• Build positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions

• Identify windshield damage, rock chips, cracks, and other vehicle glass concerns

• Explain available auto glass repair and replacement services

• Answer customer questions and provide helpful product and service information

• Assist customers with the insurance claims process

• Schedule auto glass repair and replacement appointments

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer experience

• Represent AGC Auto Glass & Car Care in a professional manner

• Work toward individual and team performance goals

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
