Summary This role is responsible for providing expert knowledge and guidance on retail operations, processes, and best practices on PTC’s FlexPLM platform to ensure efficient and effective performance. Responsibilities Operational Expertise Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in areas like Retail NPD process, E2E PLM processes. Best Practice Implementation: Translate industry best practices into actionable strategies for FlexPLM implementation. Training & Mentoring: Develop and deliver training programs to client business users on best practices and PLM processes. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless store operations. Data Analysis & Reporting Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on FlexPLM platform. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., NPD team, supply chain) to achieve business objectives. Knowledge Sharing: Act as a retail subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and insights on industry best practices on PTC’s FlexPLM platform.
