Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with young children in early childhood/PreK3-K learning environments
• Knowledge of, or background in, IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) is highly desirable
• Fluent or highly proficient in Mandarin Chinese is strongly preferred
• Strong skills in adapting curriculum and employing differentiated instruction
• Ability to collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and positive classroom climate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
• Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction
• Collaborate with general education teachers and specialists to support classroom inclusion
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Facilitate communication with families, providing regular updates
• Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings
