District of Columbia High School Math and ELA Tutor '26

Tutor Position HeyTutor has partnered with a local school district in Washington DC to provide high-impact, in-person tutoring to Middle School and High School students. Applicants must have completed an Associate's degree or higher, or be currently enrolled in college. We are hiring English & Math Tutors to support students in grades 6th-12th during the school day. Pay & Benefits $29-$32 per hour, based on education and experience Attendance-based pay incentives Voluntary health benefits (Critical Illness, Accident, Hospital Indemnity) 401(k) retirement plan Schedule Monday–Friday availability required Must be available between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Requirements Completed AA degree or higher, OR currently enrolled in college (required) Experience working with children or tutoring preferred Comfortable tutoring Math and English Language Arts (ELA) for 6th-12th grade.
