Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree or military experience.

Required Experience: At least 2 years of professional copywriting or creative writing experience, demonstrated experience writing across both print and digital marketing channels, experience translating complex or legal/technical language into clear, user-friendly copy, ability to manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects without sacrificing quality, experience collaborating directly with art directors, creative directors, and brand/marketing strategists, track record of delivering error-free, detail-checked creative work, demonstrated storytelling ability — connecting a consistent narrative or voice across multiple pieces of work or touchpoints.

Job Summary: Craft messaging across print and digital channels for the company's brand creative team, from headlines to user-friendly translations of legal language. Balance big-picture concept development with detail-oriented execution, collaborating closely with art directors, creative directors, brand/marketing strategists, and internal line-of-business partners to create marketing that cuts through the noise while staying true to brand.

Job Duties: Write copy across print and digital marketing channels for current, new, and potential customers, brainstorm creative concepts and execute detail-oriented copy projects, collaborate with art directors, creative directors, and brand/marketing strategists, partner with internal marketing and line-of-business teams, apply strategic thinking to inform creative decisions across channels, products, and audiences, incorporate consumer insights into copy and messaging, manage multiple deadlines across concurrent projects, deliver error-free, detail-checked work using creative best practices, determine when to build from existing solutions vs. starting from scratch, present creative work compellingly to build support across audiences.
