A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly motivated Office/Administrative Assistant to support a dynamic team in their San Francisco office. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-level administrative support.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support to San Francisco-based team members
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings
  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel
  • Prepare and submit expense reports; provide platform support
  • Coordinate catering for onsite client meetings
  • Manage visitor requests and provide reception coverage as needed
  • Support general administrative needs of the San Francisco office
  • Coordinate off-site team events and social gatherings
  • Provide backup support to other administrative team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of organization
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize a heavy workload
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable collaborating across global teams and time zones
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Role Details

  • Location: San Francisco, CA
  • Pay Rate: $32 per hour
