Assistant General Manager | Fast Casual | Salary Up to 65K

Title of Position: Assistant General Manager

Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will aid the General Manager throughout the daily operations as well as manage shifts to ensure company standards are preserved and would also assist with the development, supervision and the overseeing of all team members. The Restaurant Manager will perform operational activities such as inventory management, scheduling, sanitation, preparing and preserving stock and monitoring food supplies and the Restaurant Manager will also communicate and abide by all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

The Restaurant Manager must have at least three years of experience in a high-volume concept.
A passion for developing and mentoring team members is essential for the Restaurant Manager.
A solid understanding of restaurant P&L statements is a key requirement for this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate honesty, integrity, and a commitment to achieving 100% customer satisfaction both on and off the job.
Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Manager
