Work Environment

As a full-time therapist, you will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM in a fast-paced hospital setting where healthcare professionals work together to deliver comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities, needs, and goals to create customized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, managing a patient caseload efficiently (one patient per hour), and ensuring each individual receives dedicated attention and support.
• Implement exercises and manual therapy techniques designed to enhance mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Develop and adjust fitness and wellness programs that align with the patient's rehabilitation goals and limit the need for invasive interventions.
• Motivate and educate patients on health lifestyle choices, encouraging them to adopt habits that promote long-term physical wellness.
• Document all patient care services meticulously, tracking progress and treatment outcomes to inform ongoing care.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) software like WebPT for efficient documentation and communication with other healthcare providers.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Holistic Health PT Clinic, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our patient population ranges from adolescents to seniors, ensuring that your expertise will be applied across a diverse demographic. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program implementation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive, supportive workplace culture.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT.

Compensation and Benefits
