Looking for a machine shop where people actually stay?

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected Fort Wayne machine shop where most of the machinists have been with the company for 20+ years. When people find a great place to work, they tend to stick around, and that's exactly what you'll find here. We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer who can:

  • Set up and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes
  • Edit programs using G code and Mazatrol
  • Diagnose machining and production issues
  • Make adjustments to keep jobs running efficiently
  • Support a high-mix manufacturing environment

  • CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Mazak, Brother)
  • CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) (Mazak, Takisawa, Dmg Mori Seiki)
