CNC Industries, a Kadon Company, is a leading aerospace manufacturer seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. We are looking for dependable machinists who take pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision aerospace components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and work holding as required.
• Set tool offsets and make machine adjustments to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain tight tolerances while producing quality parts.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues as they arise.
• Accurately complete production and inspection documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company safety standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and team members to meet production schedules and customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of three (3) years of CNC milling experience preferred.
• Experience setting up and operating CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Understanding of GD&T and precision machining practices.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges.
• Knowledge of G-code and CNC controls is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience machining aerospace components or other high-precision manufactured parts.
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality standards and Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
