Located in Fort Wayne, IN We are hiring dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operators for multiple local manufacturing partners. These positions are ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, precision, and producing quality results in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate production or CNC machines according to specifications.
- Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in machine operation, CNC, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Dependable work ethic and a commitment to safety and teamwork.
