Machine Operator

Job Summary: The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining injection molding machinery used in the production process. This role involves ensuring that machines are running efficiently, performing routine inspections, and addressing any issues that may arise during operation. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor machines and equipment to ensure they are functioning correctly. Monitorthequalityofoutputtoensureitmeetsspecificationsandstandards. Maintainacleanandorganizedwork area,adheringtosafetyandhygiene standards. Followestablishedsafetyproceduresandprotocolstoensureasafeworking environment. Collaboratewithteammembersandmanagementtoachieveproductiongoalsand address any operational challenges. Keeprecordsofapprovedanddefectiveunitsorfinal products. Performotherrelateddutiesasassigned. Requirements of Job: Mustbeatleast 18yearsofage. Must be able to read, write, basic math knowledge, and understand English. Demonstratedabilitytofollowdirectionsaccuratelyandworkcollaborativelywithina team environment. Proficiencyinreadingandinterpretinginstructions,operatingmachinery,andinspecting produced parts. Capabilitytounderstandandtranslatejob-related documentationeffectively. Strongattentiontodetailtoidentifyandaddressbasicmaintenanceneeds,product defects, and operational issues. Comprehensive understanding of production procedures and best practices. Abilitytoworkforextendedperiodswhilestandingandperformingrepetitivetasks, including bending and stooping. Capacitytoadheretosafetyprotocolsandusepersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE)as required in warehouse and production settings. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
