Machine Minder (3rd Shift)

Always working to achieve production targets through effective interaction with the processes. A good understanding of the machinery & ensuring you achieve the desired results in terms of Quality, Safety, Hygiene and Waste. Manage Production: Oversee 1 to 3 industrial baking machines simultaneously, including the oven and pre-weighing ingredients.

Safety and Compliance: Participate in and adhere to all food safety and safety programs.

Technical Training: Trained and certified on Laserflux.

Ingredient Preparation: Pre-weigh and prepare raw baking ingredients.

Quality Control: Ensure cone product quality meets standards throughout the baking process.

Equipment Maintenance: Break down and install machinery parts.

Sanitation: Wash equipment and parts between production changeovers.

Maintain equipment and work area in sanitary, working condition.

Shift Preparation: Leave area prepared and cleaned for the next shift.

Communication: Effectively communicate all relevant information to other production shifts and employees.

Food Safety: Follow food safety management system policies and procedures to protect the brand through extraordinary food safety and product quality.

18 years of age or older

Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work multiple shifts and/or schedules.

High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience

The pay rate for this position is $ 20.50 per hour.
