We are seeking a dynamic, full-time Practice Manager to lead Sawtooth Veterinary Services, an established veterinary hospital in Jerome, Idaho. As Practice Manager, you'll serve as the operational leader of our hospital, balancing team leadership, business performance, and employee engagement. You'll partner closely with our Medical Director, veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to create an environment where people thrive and clients receive exceptional service.

• Oversee inventory and purchasing processes
• Partner with hospital leadership to support financial performance and strategic goals
• Analyze operational metrics and implement solutions to improve results

• Champion an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
• Support team members in resolving concerns and building lasting customer relationships
• Help ensure the highest standards of service and care

• 2+ years of leadership, operations management, practice management, or business management experience
• Proven success leading, coaching, and developing teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance
• Ability to build strong relationships and lead in a collaborative environment
• Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, or another service-based industry is a plus, but not required
