Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available, focusing on teletherapy and in-person services for middle and high school students. This contract role offers a unique opportunity to support students through both virtual and onsite speech therapy sessions, requiring expertise in virtual speech-language therapy within educational settings.

Location:

• Columbus, GA (Fortson region)

Duration:

• August 3, 2026 – May 21, 2027, with potential pre- and post-planning days

Hours:

• Full-time, minimum 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services via teletherapy and in-person to middle and high school students
• Schedule, attend, and actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
• Prepare necessary documentation and paperwork for IEP meetings
• Maintain daily logs to document services rendered, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping
• Collaborate on caseload management, with numbers to be discussed during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Georgia Educator Certificate for SLPs
• Proven experience delivering virtual speech therapy in school settings
• Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling and documentation
• Comfortable working independently with caseloads involving teletherapy
