Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the ICU workflow.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and identify adverse effects; respond to changes in patient status.
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; communicate changes and updates to the care team.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; provide guidance and supervision as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety, quality of care, and adherence to policies; exercise critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.

Requirements
- Active RN license in California.
- ICU experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts (3x12).
- Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced inpatient ICU environment and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
