The Catholic Diocese of Columbus seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to diocesan leaders, parishes, schools, and ministries. You will lead employee wellbeing programs, learning and development initiatives, and HR analytics to drive workforce outcomes.
This role promotes the mission of the Catholic Church, fosters professional growth, and supports engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness across the Diocese.
