What You'll Do:
Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Work with G-code and CNC controls
Calibrate tools and ensure precise machine operation
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Troubleshoot machining and production issues
Produce high-quality, tight-tolerance parts
What We're Looking For:
5-7 years of CNC machining experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Excellent math and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with live tooling and advanced machining techniques is a plus
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
