Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Java Full Stack - to act as a client-facing consultant while leading offshore development teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on development capabilities. This role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, architecture ownership, offshore team management, and end-to-end delivery oversight in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor offshore development teams. Act as the primary technical liaison between client stakeholders and offshore teams. Design, develop, and oversee scalable application solutions. Provide hands-on development support using Java and modern web technologies. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards. Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, and release management activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and technical issues. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions. Monitor project delivery and communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders. Support delivery governance through WSR, MSR, and QBR reporting. Required Technical Skills Strong experience in Java (8-17), Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, JDBC, and Hibernate. Hands-on experience with Angular or React and modern JavaScript frameworks. Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle databases. Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira. Working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and release management. Experience leading and managing offshore development teams. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Experience balancing hands-on development with technical leadership responsibilities. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $101,140 to $182,624 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
