What You'll Do

Own the overall operation of the community: leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance
Drive occupancy, revenue, and property value while controlling expenses
Manage core processes: marketing, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and vendor relations
Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Identify and solve problems to keep the property on track
Communicate performance and needs with the Regional Supervisor and relevant teams

What You Bring

Minimum 5 years in property management or a related field
Experience supervising staff, with strong leadership skills
Knowledge of fair housing laws and applicable regulations
Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license
