Position Details:
Position: Educational Diagnostician
Location: Cypress, TX (Cypress Fairbanks ISD)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
Caseload: Elementary
Contract Dates: August 12, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Employment Type: W-2
Position Overview:
Currently interviewing Educational Diagnosticians for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting elementary campuses within the district. Candidates should be comfortable conducting evaluations and participating in ARD meetings in a public school setting.
Requirements:
* Active Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification required
* Several years of experience in Texas public schools preferred
* Must be comfortable supporting ARDs and evaluations
* Must meet all district onboarding requirements
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct educational evaluations and assessments
* Participate in ARD meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* Interpret evaluation results and assist with eligibility determinations
* Maintain compliant documentation and timelines
* Support students, families, and staff throughout the special education process
* Travel between assigned campuses as needed
