Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - RI

Critical Incident Responder, Licensed Mental Health Professional - RI (Contractor) Description R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Johnston and surrounding areas in Rhode Island. You would be providing on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event. Benefits Advantages of being an Independent Consultant for R3C include: Flexible schedule, work on case‐by‐case basis Personalized support Simple electronic reporting via our mobile app Supplemental income Requirements Required Qualifications: Independently licensed in the state of Michigan (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist) Minimum of a master's degree in mental health Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000 / $3,000,000 Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
