Position: Licensed Mental Health Therapist for Seniors (Remote, Flexible Hours – LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) Positions: We have options for 1099 and W2. Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2 (includes 401k with up to 3.5% matching, comprehensive health, medical, vision insurance). Responsibilities As a licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will have the opportunity to: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting. Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient. Work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team. Manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system. Participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have: A completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy. An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP). Experience working with the geriatric population. Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus. Apply Today!
