- Pay: $18/hr+ Daily Cash Tips + Monthly Safety Bonus
- Lead a team of drivers to optimize cost, maximize profitability, and elevate the customer experience.
- Provide leadership, direction, and continuous improvement to the drivers through coaching and feedback.
- Assist in emergency situations to minimize overtime.
- Collaborate with the Station Manager in recruiting, training, and mentoring transport drivers.
- Oversee daily maintenance of fleet vehicles, including inspections, scheduling, and communication with the Fleet Manager.
- Promote a safe work environment through safety audits, regular safety meetings, and individual staff discussions.
- Collaborate with the Station Manager on managing local permits, vehicle registrations, and timely renewals through communication with finance.
- Cultivate positive relationships with airport ground transportation and attend meetings as required.
- Ensure timely completion of required paperwork, adhering to company policies and protocols.
- Maintain insurability under the company motor vehicle insurance.
