IT Systems Managmement Analyst / Senior Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Security Engineer Project description

The IT I&O Engineer will provide operational support for enterprise infrastructure and security environments, ensuring stability, compliance, and availability across Active Directory, endpoint security, virtualization, storage, and Citrix platforms. The role also supports data center lifecycle activities, including infrastructure decommissioning, workload migrations, and on-site support for clinics and data center operations in the Las Vegas area.

Responsibilities

Execute vulnerability remediation and server/endpoint patching activities.

Administer and secure Active Directory environments, including Tier 0/1 security controls.

Support and monitor endpoint security platforms.

Administer and troubleshoot Citrix and VDI environments.

Support VMware virtualization and NetApp storage infrastructure.

Execute and document change management activities.

Provide on-site data center support, hardware validation, and infrastructure troubleshooting.

Support data center decommissioning and asset removal initiatives.

Assist with workload migrations, testing, and validation activities.

Provide on-site clinic support when physical access is required.

Utilize enterprise-approved AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills Description:

5 7+ years of Infrastructure Engineering experience supporting enterprise environments.

3 5+ years of Vulnerability Remediation and Security Operations experience.

3 5+ years of Active Directory administration and security hardening.

3+ years of experience with Endpoint Security platforms.

3+ years of VMware virtualization administration and support.

2 3+ years of NetApp or enterprise storage platform administration.

2+ years of Citrix or VDI environment support.

Experience with PowerShell or similar scripting technologies.

Hands-on experience supporting data center operations and physical infrastructure.

Experience following structured change management and compliance processes.

Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise-approved AI tools and maintaining high adoption in daily operations.

Data center decommissioning and migration project experience.

NetApp ONTAP administration expertise.

Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools experience.

Security assessment and analysis tools such as BloodHound.

Healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience.

Backup and recovery platform administration.

Audit support, compliance documentation, and evidence collection.

Strong technical documentation and knowledge transfer skills.

Experience supporting high-availability production environments.
