Customer Care Professional Finish Line is looking for a customer‑centric professional to work in our Contact Center. Your primary role is to understand customers by actively listening, educating, and resolving all issues. In this fast‑paced environment, the focus is on the customer and delivering a high quality, positive experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Provide accurate product information and current promotion details. Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and payment questions. Use dual‑screen computer systems to retrieve and manage customer information. Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless customer service. Adhere to service‑level agreements, quality standards, and call‑center metrics. Maintain accurate records of each customer interaction. Support additional hours, overtime, and shift changes as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum age of 18 years. Willing and able to work all shifts, including night, weekend, and holiday. Willing and able to work overtime as required. Computer‑savvy with experience using dual screens or similar technology.
