Behavioral Health Technician / Mental Health Support Specialist (Per Diem)
Location: Rockingham, North Carolina
Up to $21/hr | Flexible Scheduling | Day & Night Shifts Available
We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable professionals for a Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) facility providing 24/7 support services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance abuse challenges.
This is a per diem opportunity offering excellent flexibility for candidates seeking supplemental income or adaptable scheduling.
Available Shifts

8: 00 AM -8: 00 PM
8: 00 PM -8: 00 AM

Responsibilities

Provide direct support and supervision to consumers
Assist with and model daily living skills
Monitor and document consumer behaviors, symptoms, and concerns
Communicate observations to clinical team members
Participate in shift reports and team collaboration
Provide transportation as needed
Support a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment
Perform additional duties as assigned

Experience in behavioral health, mental health, direct support, CNA, DSP, or related healthcare settings is strongly preferred.
