Now Hiring: Behavioral Technicians

Per Diem | 12-Hour Shifts Available

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Technicians to work in a Facility-Based Crisis Service supporting children and adolescents ages 6–17 experiencing behavioral health challenges.

Available Shifts:

• 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• 8:00 PM – 8:30 AM

Per diem positions with the potential for an ongoing schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor children and adolescents in a residential crisis setting.
• Assist with and model appropriate daily living skills.
• Observe, document, and report behavioral or mental health symptoms to the treatment team.
• Participate in shift reports and maintain required documentation.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations.
• Passion for supporting children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree and 2 years of experience, OR
• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience.

No certification or license required.
