Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in. Greet clients, assess their needs, provide information, and conduct tours of the apartments and community. Process applications, and prepare and review lease agreements and renewals. Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, provide leasing information, make appointments, and follow up on maintenance requests. Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager. Receive deposits and rent money, and record transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly demeanor. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-service oriented and a strong team player. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner. Flexible schedule, including weekends. Ability to tour the community with clients, including walking the property and climbing stairs. May require a valid driver’s license. May require state-specific license or certification. Leasing & Marketing Professional Benefits Typical base compensation range depending on experience: $22 to $24 per hour.
