Role Description The Client Services Manager is a full-time, on‑site role based in the Greater Chicago Area. This role is responsible for overseeing the client service experience from initial contact through ongoing relationship management, ensuring consistent, high‑quality communication and support. Day‑to‑day tasks include responding to client inquiries, coordinating appointments, managing follow‑ups, and assisting with the organization of client files and documentation. The Client Services Manager will collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to maintain client satisfaction, streamline processes, and proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery. This position also involves monitoring client feedback, addressing concerns, and helping to maintain a welcoming, professional environment for all visitors. Qualifications Strong client‑facing abilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building positive, long‑term relationships. Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and internal teams. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to understand client needs and support process improvements. High level of professionalism, discretion, and empathy when working with families on sensitive matters. Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client requests and priorities efficiently. Experience in a law firm, financial services, or professional services environment is preferred. Proficiency with office software and client management tools; familiarity with legal or CRM systems is a plus.
