Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW / LPC / LMFT) – Child & Family Services Our teams provide trauma-informed care, mental health counseling, therapeutic services, and clinical intervention to support the healing of vulnerable children and families. Through child abuse prevention, child welfare services, crisis counseling, crisis intervention, and strong child advocacy, we work collaboratively to ensure safety, hope, and long-term well-being. Active independent license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) through the state Board of Behavioral Health Examiners or Board of Psychologist Examiners. 3+ years of experience providing mental health counseling to children, adolescents, and families. Ability to pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Index background checks. Skills Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in high-stress situations. Excellent organizational skills with timely and accurate documentation. Professional, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach. Commitment to ongoing learning, including 24 hours of continuing education annually.
