Core Responsibilities Conceptualize campaign vision, original graphics, copy, and content across channel and integrated marketing needs Category expert, who drives a deep understanding of insights to create cut through creative Develop creative briefs, strategy and execution based on collaboration with cross‑functional partners (marketing, strategy, product, R&D) Identify brand creative opportunities for consistency across channel Drive concept to execution of brand and product storytelling opportunities across channel (insight into creative) Manage and direct Tier 2 & 3 creative agencies and contractors Develop visual centres (regional/global) Be aware of brand & campaign performance and can interpret data to influence creative strategies and executions Influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teammates Define presentation strategy and approaches, styles and techniques to help deliver buy‑in from cross functional partners Organise and lead cross‑functional ideation sessions to build the creative brief Planning And Resourcing Oversee management of project creative, team coordination, and ensure delivery of high quality production Define team/project timelines, facilitate progress and ensure all projects successfully reach their goals Provide key input on project/initiative and resource needs for yearly planning (AOP) Responsible for executing projects on time and on budget Develop and drive creative initiatives based on creative project needs Management Identify opportunities for professional development growth to the team Inspire the team—push methods, creative processes and thinking (brand storytelling, and differentiation) Qualifications Conceptual thinker, creative force & collaborator Naturally partners with copy creative leads and team Expert in art direction (campaign, brand ID, shoot, production, film, digital) High level team leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills Experienced in team professional career development and management Advanced timeline management & team coordination skills Brand & integrated marketing expert Executive presentation skills Approve project level budgets, timelines & resources Drive cross‑functional collaboration & influence Excellent verbal & written skills (creative and comms) Expert at turning guest insight into impactful creative Visual curator with strong creative vision Exceptional typographic, layout & prototyping skills Creative with pulse on latest cultural, design, fashion and tech trends Well‑versed in current creative software 8–12 years of experience BA, BFA Arts/Fine Arts Agency or client‑side experience 8+ years of agency oversight Managed a team of 5+ direct reports Global experience Must Haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life. Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $144,100 – 189,000 USD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
