Patient Logistics Coordinator RN Psych Intake

Role: Patient Logistics Coordinator RN Psych, responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care through phone assessments, clinical reviews, and evaluations for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with medical providers and care teams to assess psychiatric patients, review clinical presentations, respond to community inquiries, and perform telehealth level of care assessments. Work with multidisciplinary teams to determine appropriate care pathways based on psychiatric symptoms and admission criteria. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma; 1-3 years experience in behavioral healthcare assessments Prefer experience working with psychiatric patients Comfort with technology and team collaboration Skills: Strong behavioral health assessment skills, ability to quickly evaluate and recommend care levels, knowledge of psychiatric admission criteria, and effective communication with diverse care teams.
