Billing Analyst

Job Summary The Billing Analyst is responsible for the preparation/issuance of assigned billings and the maintenance of internal customer contract setups within the firm’s software systems. Responsibilities Processes monthly billing and on-demand client invoices through ServiceNow queue. Proofs and ensures accuracy of invoices. Assists with client, project or contract changes as needed for invoice generation. Other duties as required. Education High school diploma, GED or equivalent, required. Associate or Bachelor degree, preferred. Experience Two (2) or more years of experience in Billing, and/or Accounts Receivable (AR) role, required. Experience within a professional services firm, preferred. License/Certifications N/A. Software Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, required. Proficiency with SharePoint preferred. Oracle Fusion or other project based ERP systems, required. Language Skills N/A. Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Displays superior verbal and written communication skills. Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels. Possesses superior customer service skills. Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks with an attention to detail. Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or in coordination with other administrative or management professionals. Understands and maintains the confidentiality of all information. Excellent time management skills.
