Payroll Specialist I

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Payroll Specialist I to join our team. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with experience processing payroll, reviewing time records, ensuring payroll accuracy, and supporting employee timekeeping functions. Contact employees regarding missing or incomplete timecards. Calculate time worked and accurately process payroll within the company payroll system. Ensure timecards reflect correct clock‑in and clock‑out information. Process PTO and Sick Request Forms. Review client invoices to verify billing accuracy. Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy. Support payroll and administrative functions as needed. Perform additional payroll‑related duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications 2–3 years of recent experience in payroll processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information professionally. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual Spanish highly desirable.
