Job Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to residents and guests under the supervision of the Medical Director and Charge Nurse. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication. Participate in nursing leadership activities, including shift report, charge nurse duties, and other tasks as assigned. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program. Current Florida RN license. Prior experience in a healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
