Principal Product Manager – Process Intelligence & Automation We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the evolution of our core Process Intelligence and Automation platform. This senior individual contributor role carries massive impact, responsible for setting product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap. Responsibilities Set the Vision: Define and evangelize a compelling long‑term vision and strategy for the process discovery platform, aligning it with company goals. Own the Roadmap: Develop, maintain, and execute a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and investments based on customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives. Subject Matter Expert: Become the go‑to expert on the business automation landscape, including process mining, task mining, BPMN, workflow engines, and orchestration systems in large‑scale enterprise environments. Innovate with AI: Drive the integration of cutting‑edge AI technologies—LLMs, Large Action Models (LAMs), and Agentic AI platforms—to create an intelligent and autonomous system. Drive Product Growth: Develop and execute strategies for product‑led growth, focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion within large enterprise accounts. Lead and Collaborate: Act as a strong product thought leader both internally and externally; collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless product development and go‑to‑market success. Engage with Sales and Customers: Spend significant time with sales and customers, understand their pain points, validate hypotheses, and gather feedback to build real‑world solutions. Execute with Excellence: Author detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications; manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, making data‑driven decisions to optimize performance. Qualifications Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on enterprise B2B SaaS products. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), workflow engines, orchestration systems, and process & task mining technologies. AI Acumen: Passion for emerging AI technologies; strong grasp of LLMs, LAMs, and Agentic AI and their application to enterprise challenges. Product Growth Champion: Proven experience driving product growth and expanding market share in an enterprise software context. Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate abstract concepts into a clear, actionable product roadmap. Leadership: Natural thought leader who can inspire cross‑functional teams and engage senior leadership. Execution‑Oriented: Bias for action, thrive in a fast‑paced, iterative environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of driving projects to completion. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, articulating a clear and compelling product vision to engineers, executives, and other stakeholders. Benefits & Compensation Hiring Range: $226,100 – $310,900 (USA – CA – Palo Alto) Competitive base pay plus annual incentive opportunities based on target achievement. Pre‑IPO stock options.
