What You’ll Do Investigate claims and determine coverage and liability Review reports, medical records, and other documentation to evaluate damages and set reserves Process indemnity and expense payments Interview insureds, claimants, and witnesses Work with defense attorneys to manage litigated claims Maintain claim documentation and support claim resolution Qualifications Experience handling Commercial General Liability (CGL) claims JD preferred, or bachelor’s degree with experience adjusting liability claims and litigation Active Texas All Lines License, or ability to obtain Strong written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple claims Experience using claims systems and standard business tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
