As part of our team, you’ll serve as a “ground traffic controller,” guiding vehicles and pedestrians safely through busy roadways while helping maintain a secure and well-coordinated environment. Beyond safety, you’ll be a trusted guide for travelers—offering directions, answering questions, and ensuring passengers and guests move through the airport with confidence and ease. Your presence helps turn what could be a stressful journey into a smooth and welcoming experience. Compensation Maximum – Based on experience Minimum - $20.24 About the Ideal Candidate Reliable Professional communication and customer service Sound judgment and situational awareness Willingness and comfortability enforcing rules respectfully Ability to remain calm under pressure What You’ll Do Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic around terminals Patrol terminals, parking areas, and airport perimeter Respond to alarms and unusual activity Support emergency responders (Police, Fire, EMS) Assist passengers with directions, parking, and general airport information Provide comfort and assistance to travelers in distress Enforce airport traffic and security rules Complete written reports and logs Performs additional related work as required. What You Need Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent education Experience Preferred: 1 year or more years of Security, or Traffic Control, or Customer Service-related experience Licenses or Certifications Preferred: Current and active driver's license Typical Work Schedule & Hours Position operates 24/7 and includes rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-site response during emergencies or severe weather as an essential employee
