Remote Member Services Advocate (Life Insurance)

AAA Life Insurance Company seeks a Member Service Advocate to support all lines of insurance processing, including enrollments and customer service. The role is a remote, fast-paced inbound call center position serving current members and policyholders. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends.
