About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Procurement to spearhead the development and execution of a global procurement strategy. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving innovation, strategic sourcing, and digital transformation initiatives that directly impact the profitability and long-term growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading procurement across a wide range of categories, including ingredients, packaging, contract manufacturing, logistics, and corporate services. A key focus will be on building best-in-class category management and strategic sourcing capabilities, as well as driving commodity risk management strategies across various agricultural inputs. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership, with a strong background in managing commodity-based supply chains and agricultural inputs. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in delivering cost savings, supplier performance improvements, and procurement transformation, particularly within complex, multi-site manufacturing organizations. The ideal candidate will have executive leadership experience within commercial baking, a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred), and a passion for fostering a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative procurement organization.
