About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Property Management in the student housing sector. This key leadership role is focused on providing strategic and operational oversight for a portfolio of student housing communities, with a strong emphasis on financial performance, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Directors, Regional Managers, and Associate Regional Managers, and will work closely with various departments to maximize asset value and achieve portfolio objectives. The role requires a proven track record in portfolio performance management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, a passion for developing people, and exceptional communication skills. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should ideally have over 10 years' of leadership experience in multifamily or student housing operations, with at least 5 years' in a regional or above role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or in lieu of a degree, 15 years' of relevant leadership experience. The role demands a high-energy, influential, and collaborative leadership style, with a focus on driving operational greatness and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The candidate should be adept at making data-driven decisions, be adaptable and resilient, and have a strong background in property management systems and digital operational tools.
